Je vous narre ce qui m'arrive avec Eurobet.
J'ouvre un compte et je dépose 50$.
Evidemment je ne rencontre aucun problème et le casino encaisse mon argent sans sourciller.
Hier j'essaie de me connecter et mon mot de passe est refusé systématiquement.
Je leur écris et il me répondent que mon compte est desactivé car il leur faut des preuves de mon identité !
J'ai fait un dépot par Neteller,donc il n'ont aucune raison d'accéder à mes informations personnelles.
J'ai des dizaines de comptes sur internet et c'est la première fois que je vois ça.
Bien sûr il n'est plus question que je joue sur ce site,mais le problème c'est que je ne peut même pas utiliser mon account pour retirer mon argent.
Je leur ai donc ecrit à nouveau pour qu'ils me remboursent et j'attends une réponse,faute de quoi je les signalerai comme escrocs sur Casinomeister!
Apparemment ils sont affilies avec gala machin truc.
Est ce que quelqu'un connait ce casino?
Pour les pieces d'identité d'habitude c'est lors des retraits qu'ils demandent des pieces d'identités et c'est tout a fait normal c'est pour évité le blanchiment d'argent mais je ne connait pas Eurobet si ca fait longtemps que ce casino existe il ne devrait pas avoir de problème si tu envoie tes pieces justificative.
J'ai envoyés mes pieces d'identités plusieurs fois sur d'autres casinos comme Betclic, Unibet, King Solomon etc...Sans probleme!
Je n'ai jamais eu à founir de papiers nulle part en déposant par Neteller.
Je ne peux même pas me loguer pour faire un withdrawal!
J'ai quand même des comptes un peu partout et je n'ai jamais vu ça en 20 ans d'internet.
Moi je veux juste récupérer mon argent déposé par erreur.
Déjà les casinos UK ne sont pas censés accepter les Francais!

C'est quand même bien la preuve que ces histoires de papiers d'identité c'est de l'arnaque pure et simple.
Ils savent pertinement que les documents je les ai deja fourni à Neteller .
C'est le seul organisme à qui j'ai jamais envoyé des documents.
D'ailleurs c'est fait pour ça: pour éviter de fournir des informations personnelles à tous ces sites de merde.

Je dépose toujours avec Moneybookers parfois je ne suis pas obligé de donné mes piece d'identité d'autre fois j'ai pas le choix si je veux avoir mes gains.En autant que je ne soit pas victime de vol d'identité...

je faisais des paris sportifs il y a qlques années sur Eurobet puis j'ai remarqué qu'il avaient une roulette Live comme celle d'Unibet, alors depuis que ce dernier nous a fermé la porte j'essaye doucement sur Eurobet et comme je vous l'ai dit il y a quelques jours ils ont des roulettes à 0.10 et 0.50 E.
Eurobet fait partie du groupe Gala Coral depuis 2005.
Gala Coral est un groupe anglais qui a des boutiques de paris dans les rues depuis 1926 donc je ne pense pas que ce soit des escrocs...

par contre l'organisme qui controle leur casino Live leur impose de controler l'âge des joueurs (>18)donc c'est normal qu'ils te demandent des papiers...
essaies d'avoir un peu + de retenue avant de les traiter de scammers ou de les "menacer" d'une quelconque plainte car leur casino est contrôlé par une commission de controle située à Guernesey = ni UK ni Europe...va trouver un responsable..!

This is yet another scam that casinos use to try and avoid paying players their winnings. As usual it is Playtech casinos that are the worst for scamming people in the ways that I am about to discuss.
So picture the following:
You deposit money into an online casino and you win money, fantastic! So you want to make a withdrawal and get hold of your winnings.
The casino will then send you an email telling you that you can't have your money until you send them copies of your identification. They will want photo i.d and proof of address before giving you your money.
In other words you will need to photocopy your driving license or a copy of your passport and utility bill.
Here's why this is a scam.
They only do this when you try and make your first withdrawal. There's absolutely no mention of this at all before you deposit money.
They will let you deposit money all day, they would take thousands off you if you gave it them but as soon as you want to withdraw money BANG, that's it they want your identification.
They say that this is for security purposes.
I say bull shit.
If security was the issue they would ask for I.D BEFORE you deposit, not after. This is because anyone can use a stolen credit card to deposit money into a casino if they know the details.
If someone does use a stolen credit card to deposit money and then try to make a withdrawal the casino will then ask them for I.D. Obviously if you've used a stolen credit card your not going to send I.D to the casino are you.
Meanwhile the person whose credit card was stolen is still out of pocket, the casino now has their money.
But if the casino truly where conscious about security they would ask for I.D from every player before they deposit money, after all if someone's going to use a stolen credit card to deposit money they aren't going to send of their I.D are they?
This would solve the problem and the casino would be taking care of their precious security policies.
The reason they don't say anything about this before you deposit money is because they know that a lot of people won't deposit money in the first place if they know this.
The casinos also know that a lot of people won't bother to send there I.D to the casino for several possible reasons.
1. They can't be bothered sorting out photocopies of their I.D
2. They don't own a scanner, therefore getting copies of the I.D is pretty much impossible without buying a scanner (and who the hell's going to buy a scanner just for sending I.D to an online casino?)
3. They don't feel comfortable sending off copies of their personal information to a dodgy online casino (this is the most probable reason for not sending of I.D)
I have around £500 sat in various casinos that's used this scam on me. There's no way that I'm sending of copies of my passport to an online casino, so my money is basically dead.
Microgaming casinos have a policy of all withdrawals go back to the source they were deposited from and this is perfectly fine with me. This means that if you deposit money with Moneybookers your withdrawal goes back to the same moneybookers account. If you deposit money with a credit card the money goes back to the same credit card.
This simple policy is a perfectly adequate security measure, there's no need for all the messing around with the identification. As I've said it is Playtech casinos that pull this scam, all most all of them have this stupid policy.
Eurobet encaisse l'argent et ne vous laisse même pas jouer avec. C'est pire !
